I have experience of working with and troubleshooting most modern home and office computer systems. This includes Microsoft Windows (Windows 98, Windows XP, Windows Vista and the latest version, Windows 7), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and most common hardware configurations.

In additional to practical experience I also hold a number of Microsoft certifications. These are as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in both Windows Vista and Windows 7 Configuration and as a Microsoft Certifield Consumer Support Technician.
